  • This is a beginner class that focuses on foundational bodyweight control & mobility.

    These classes will be your foundation for all future calisthenics skill progression NO SKIPPING LEVELS.

  • ACCEPT THE CHALLENGE & BECOME WORTHY! Looking to feel the burn & make big gains in skill progressions?

    Then the Worthy 30 is for you! This class is for beginner - intermediate athletes & will consist of 30 reps of 4-6 different exercises totaling to 90-150 reps for the day, No matter how many sets it takes to complete.

  • This Class is for all levels. Core focused cardio class. This will be a 2 part workout consisting of two 20 min sessions after a warm up. Circuit based group exercises that will challenge your ability to dynamically work your core and control your breathing. Build a strong calisthenic base & cardiorespiratory endurance.

  • This class is for all levels. This a strength focused class for building our pushing & pulling muscles to contribute to skill progression.

  • This class will focus on 1-2 Specific calisthenics skills per class. Specific& progressive exercises to accelerate your ability to achieve skills. examples Handstand, Muscle ups, Levers, Presses, Planche, human flag, ETC.
